Naruto is filled with numerous clans and shinobi that exemplify the diverse range of abilities found within Naruto's lore. The Konoha 11 are one such group that exemplifies the vast variety seen amongst shinobi as none of them retain the same skills or techniques as the others, despite all being exceptional shinobi.

The 11 members, who hail from Team 7, Team 8, Team 10, and Team Guy, all have their own areas of expertise, though collectively work together synchronously using their trust in one another and compatible jutsus. Looking at each individual member of the Konoha 11, here are their best techniques, from offensively oriented techniques to communication and enemy restriction-based ones.

11 Naruto Uzumaki: Six Paths: Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken

As the titular character, it's no surprise that Naruto possesses some of the strongest jutsus in his arsenal. While he has a wide variety of overpowered jutsus/techniques, his best was used in one of his many clashes against Sasuke and was a combination of his Six Paths Sage Mode, Six Paths Senjutsu, and a fully manifested Kurama.

When using  Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken, Naruto created two Kurama Shadow Clones and fused them to create a six-armed, three-faced entity. Using the combined chakra, he then formed a Six Paths Big Ball Rasenshuriken in the right arms and a Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken in the left arms, merging them to create a devastating jutsu that rivalled Sasuke's strongest offensive jutsu.

10 Sakura Haruno: Ninja Art Creation Rebirth — Strength Of A Hundred Technique

Training under Tsunade, Sakura developed remarkable medical-nin abilities and impressively was able to develop the Strength of a Hundred Seal, a jutsu that demands remarkable chakra control for storing chakra at one focal point over a long period of time. Combining these skills, Sakura can use the forbidden Ninja Art Creation Rebirth — Strength of a Hundred Technique.

With this technique, Sakura can continually heal herself without consciously needing to acknowledge her injuries. The regeneration quality of this jutsu makes users somewhat invincible, as evident by Tsunade healing herself mere moments after being impaled by two swords.

9 Hinata Hyūga: Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists

Former heiress to the Hyūga clan, Hinata was gifted with techniques exclusive to the main branch, including the secret Gentle Fist technique. A technique with a name perfect for the timid shinobi, Hinata uses it in conjunction with her Byukagan, and her chakra control expertise allows her to effortlessly execute the most advanced techniques available to her.

Releasing chakra from both hands, Hinata molds her chakra to replicate guard lions, subsequently increasing her range and power levels. Upon impact, the lions can drain a target's chakra networks, allowing Hinata to both inflict damage and hinder her enemies.

8 Kiba Inuzuka: Tail Chasing Fang Fang Rotating Fang

Joining forces with his loyal canine companion Akamaru, Kiba utilizes one of the Inuzuka clan's many jutsus that focus on the chemistry between shinobi and ninken (ninken being highly trained dogs with enhanced abilities).

Before using Tail Chasing Fang Fang Rotating Fang, Kiba and Akamaru first fuse to form a three-headed gigantic wolf using Human Beast Mixture Transformation. Once in this form, they then curl into a ball and roll around at tremendous speed, swiftly and vigorously knocking out several enemies at once.

7 Shino Aburame: Secret Technique: Insect Tornado

Living inside the Aburame clan are kikaichū, which are tiny beetles capable of flying. With a surplus of these insects within him, Shino can use them at his disposal in exchange for them feasting on his chakra. This technique itself is called the Parasitic Destruction Insect Technique and is the source of most of Shino's jutsus.

Using his kikaichū, Shino instructs them to exit his body and furiously surround his target. With a combination of seeking out chakra and listening to Shino's orders, the kikaichū then proceed to circle around their target rapidly, creating a tornado. Trapped, the target is rendered immobile and subject to the kikaichū maliciously eating their chakra and weakening them.

6 Shikamaru Nara: Shadow-Neck Binding Technique

The Nara clan are notorious for their Shadow Possession techniques that are perfect for constraining opponents. Shadow-Neck Binding technique differs due to its offensive properties which allow Shikamaru to forcefully restrain enemies with his shadow.

Being a Shadow Imitation Technique variation, Shikamaru uses his shadow to crawl up a target's body and either strangle them or hold them down. Bindings on the target become stronger the closer Shikamaru is, and the technique is so powerful it requires a lot of chakra to sustain.

5 Ino Yamanaka: Mind Body Transmission Jutsu

Rather than highlighting an offensive jutsu, Ino's best jutsu instead relies on her impressive sensory abilities akin to her clan. Using this jutsu, which is the Yamanaka clan's speciality, the user can telepathically project the thoughts, memories, or feelings of a person they are in contact with to numerous allies.

After the loss of her father during the Fourth Shinobi World War, Ino went on to lead as Konoha's best sensory ninja. Combining her skills with her proficiency with this jutsu, she was able to use the Mind Body Transmission Jutsu to reach the entire battlefield on many occasions, exemplifying the range and usefulness of this technique.

4 Choji Akimichi: Super Open Hand Slap

Known for their Multi-Size Technique, the Akimichi Clan use their shifting sizes to deliver devastating physical attacks. Choji, as a renowned Akimichi, has shown impressive usage of his clan's jutsus and demonstrated how beneficial the power increases are in fending off stronger opponents.

Simply put, the Super Open Hand Slap sees the enlarged user generate chakra from their open palm and effortlessly slapping down on their opponents. Given Choji's increased size, strength, and weight, the impact is monstrous and is capable of destroying large areas.

3 Rock Lee: Eight Gates

Perhaps one of the hardest to master and deadliest to use are the Eight Gates, a series of tenketsu that see the user pushing their bodies to the limit by forcibly removing normal limitations. While helpful in unlocking Lee's true potential, using the Eight Gates has dangerous effects, as the reciprocated power increase results in self-inflicted damage.

Once reaching adulthood, Lee can now open all gates, but previously was only capable of opening six. The final gate, Gate of Death, results in the user perishing due to burning from the inside in exchange for power beyond recognition. While this increase in strength and speed is beneficial, it is not recommended to be used ignorantly.

2 Neji Hyūga: Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms

Despite not being from the Hyūga's main branch, Neji showed promise at a young age, going on to master several techniques through mere observation exclusive to the main branch. The Eight Trigrams and the many variations of it are an example of the techniques Neji taught himself, despite being born into the Hyūga's branch house.

Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms is the improved version of Eight Trigrams Sixty Four Palms, simply doubling in speed and chakra points hit. The technique's purpose is to mitigate enemies' chakra flow by impacting their chakra points, thus preventing them from relying on chakra usage.

1 Tenten: Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain Disaster

Tenten's expertise lies in weapon usage and fūinjutsu, which involves weapons and objects being sealed into another object (typically scrolls, in Tenten's case). With competence in a variety of weapons, Tenten's arsenal is massive, allowing her versatile weapon-fighting styles to suit the type of opponent she is facing.

Heavenly Chain Disaster is one of Tenten's many jutsus that requires weapon summoning. Hurling two larger scrolls into the air, Tenten unleashes a downpour of weapons that move fast enough to leave white streaks as they descend. The high volume of weapons makes it unbelievably difficult for enemies to evade, thus allowing for higher success rates for hitting.
