Fortnite Season 7 kicked off nearly three weeks ago, and many players have been busy tracking down Alien Artifacts ever since. Indeed, these extraterrestrial collectibles play a big role in the game's latest season, as they are used to customize the Battle Pass's Kymera skin. This makes Alien Artifacts quite desirable, and a brand new batch of them is set to appear in Fortnite for Week 4.

To note, these new Alien Artifacts in Fortnite will not appear on the map until the Week 4 Epic Quests go live. It is expected that this will occur on Thursday, July 1, though the weekly reset schedule has been in flux in these early days of the season. Regardless of the exact date that the Season 7 Week 4 challenges become available, though, players should confirm that they are in the game before they start visiting the locations detailed in what follows.

• 1. Alien Artifact 1 (Steamy Stacks): Players should turn their attention to the west side of Building 4 at Steamy Stacks. The first Alien Artifact is on top of a light blue-pipe that runs along the exterior of this side of the structure.
• 2. Alien Artifact 2 (Holly Hedges): There is a nursery near the center of Holly Hedges on Fortnite's map, and it is home to a variety of plants and equipment. The Alien Artifact is under some metal shelving at the southside of this area.
• 3. Alien Artifact 3 (Weeping Woods): There is an Alien Artifact inside of the large log building on the eastside of Weeping Woods. Players should look up upon entering this building, as the collectible is floating in the air.
• 4. Alien Artifact 4 (Lazy Lake): A large yellow house is situated at the northwest corner of Lazy Lake. The fourth Alien Artifact can be found in the shed behind that house, amidst some shelving and boxes.
• 5. Alien Artifact 5 (Dirty Docks): Fortnite players that are looking for the final of this week's Alien Artifacts should visit the northeast corner of Dirty Docks. There is a blue metal warehouse at this location, and the item is under the exterior stairs at its northside.

This new batch of Alien Artifacts means that there are now a total of 19 Alien Artifacts scattered across the map. However, these are not the only Alien Artifacts that players can obtain, as they can also be looted from Cosmic Chests in Fortnite. Doing that does require a bit of coordination, though, and some fans may feel that it is not worth the additional effort.
