Call of Duty: Mobile is one of the most popular mobile shooters on the market. Despite gaining over 700 million downloads, the developers continue to bring new and fresh items and features into the game. Among the Call of Duty: Mobile updates are a variety of cosmetics and skins available just for playing the game.
Alongside free releases, however, there are several weapon cosmetics locked behind special promo codes, which can only be found online. The codes are distributed through the Call of Duty: Mobile social media channels, and fans that are perceptive enough to find them can unlock tons of free content. Known as "Redeem Codes," players can input the code online to claim cosmetics, weapons, and skins depending on which promotion they found the code in.

Recently, Call of Duty: Mobile unveiled a "Forbidden Weapon Code" online through one of its Facebook pages. This code can be found in the promo itself, which unlocks additional attachments for the Epic rank Peacekeeper MK2 blueprint known as "Golden Talon." This is the third Forbidden Weapon Code to be revealed since this promotion started, with each code appearing online and building up the power of this weapon, and giving fans a variety of customization options to use. Each code is identical and can be used once per account. However, fans often share additional codes in the comments for users who may have missed a promotional event.
In Call of Duty: Mobile, the Peacekeeper is a powerful weapon by itself. By default, the Forbidden Weapon event variant plays off of the strengths of the weapon with its superior handling and high rate of fire. Call of Duty: Mobile saw the Peacekeeper launch in Season 13 during the Winter War update. Compared to other weapons in the game's armory, the Peacekeeper spots a unique list of attachments that are not available to every assault rifle option.

To redeem the codes, players must first visit the Call of Duty redemption website. There, fans open up the Call of Duty: Mobile game and copy their user-ID into the website. Place the ID in the first box and redeem the code in the second. Once the captcha code is complete, players then hit submit and check their in-game mailbox for their reward. Each code is compounding, and more codes are expected to release online through varying Call of Duty: Mobile social media channels.
