Moving from an educational typing game to one with a big fan base is no easy task, as rarely do the two genres ever meet. However, Nitro Type has the added benefit of its large collection of cars to unlock along the way, keeping players hooked while aiming for extravagant designs on the market.

With well over 100 cars to choose from, it's hard to pick a favorite among the array of vehicles floating around the dealership. To spice things up, Nitro Type also hosts many events throughout the year and releases exclusive cars for the competitors to fight over, making those offered as a prize highly covetable.
10 Liberty 41 Woodie Sunshine
What's cooler than rolling around in a station wagon, especially one with flames and a surfboard? The original design has made its way through multiple versions of the game without being touched, a car that generations of players look at with envy.
One of the most elusive cars in the game, the sunshine has a very specific set of requirements. Needing the BBQ twice daily achievement, players would have to use 1500 Nitro while driving a summer car and owning a Hang Ten, another car. All of this had to be done while the 2013 Summer event was happening, leaving the only way to get one on the market.
9 Holiday Hero
Taking The Gotham car and adding some Christmas spirit, Holiday Hero has become one of the most expensive cars in the game, costing 15 million Nitro. The car itself is hard to miss, wrapped in Christmas lights and sporting a bright red paint job, there's no better way to get noticed around the holidays.
Available for 2 years running in the 2015 and 2016 Xmaxx events, players had the opportunity to purchase it from the dealership for a whopping 15 million Nitro. Anyone rich enough to buy it at the time got their money's worth, this car hasn't been rereleased for over 4 years.
8 Konirra Au79
Venturing into the pay-to-play section, the Konniras all gold color and sleek design make for one of the most stylish cars around. Fitted with an atomic symbol for a name and a one-of-a-kind model, the Au79 is the only Konirra car available in Nitro Type.
As a promotion for their Gold membership in 2018 and 2019, players would have to buy the membership during their Back 2 School events to unlock it. Tied for the most expensive membership car in the game, it's no wonder that anyone with this car carries a certain prestige with them.
7 Candy Hauler
The Candy Hauler is a great example of a Halloween-themed ride, it has a giant pumpkin, some spooky designs, and a giant bowl of candy in the back. Though it doesn't look like the fastest car on the track, it is the most expensive Halloween design ever released.
Although it was available for 3 years, it's the only car to have its price raised after release, skyrocketing from 5-15 million. The Candy Hauler was unobtainable for many who didn't have the scratch to add it to their garage, leaving many players in the dust when they stopped releasing the model.
6 The Wild 500
A combination of a Formula 1 track car and a 3 wheeler, this car oozes performance. There are many exclusive parts to this car, one of them being the different helmet colors for the driver, moving away from the standard red in most cars. Being the rarest car in the game, The Wild 500 is only for the most dedicated Nitro Type players.

Its rarity doesn't stem from a special event or holiday prize. 50,000 races need to be finished before players get their hands on this elusive car. Only one person in the community is known to have this car and getting it gives other players a mountain to climb if they want to compete.
5 8-bit racer
Modeled after a Mclaren made in 8-bit pixels, anyone looking for a hint of nostalgia will like the look. Made unobtainable in 2015, it has been over 5 years since players have had the chance to go old school, leaving any new players out in the cold.
Players had to get on their marketing game for this one, getting 25 players to join Nitro Type through their link and completing 20 races each, all before the Nitro Type 2.0 update. As soon as the update came along, the car was no longer available and locked off to the public, only available to staff members.
4 NitroPAC
A yellow sports car modeled after the McLaren P1, its sleek decal and aerodynamic design catch the eye like few others. With under 2,500 players ever buying it, most fans won't have even seen what the NitroPAC looks like.
An exclusive release for Nitro Type's 2018 PAC Event that lasted for 15 days, there was a short window of time for anyone who had the 10 million Nitro to purchase this car. A part of the famous PAC series of cars, most experienced players will be impressed to see one of these pop on screen.
3 NASA Shuttle
This car lets players race in a literal spaceship. Any player that caught this quick release made a wise decision. With a NASA symbol stamped across the side, space shuttles will get the attention of any opponent in the race. Costing a staggering 15 million Nitro, the shuttle was only available for a single day on February 6th, 2021.

The most expensive non-event car in the game, this one is not only exclusive by time but also by price. It has never been re-released and remains elusive to this day, creating a group of fans waiting for the dealership to sell a new batch.
2 Hang Fifteen
With the name as a hint, players will be driving around on a surfboard with wheels. With a unique design and vibrant colors, there are only 76 players who have this car in the entire game, making it the rarest event car. This is a surprisingly controversial car since most accounts that once owned it have been banned for suspected cheating.
Exclusive to the 2013 Summer Event, players would have to spend 2000 Nitro while using a summer car, a specific event that most players today weren't around to pick up. Coming with a 2 million Nitro price tag, it seems cheap compared to other cars with less rarity.
1 Track o' Lantern
The only new event car in the 2017 Hallowampus Event, the Track'-o'-Lantern is also the last original Halloween car in the game. With pumpkin wheels and a full moon paint job, this car stands out among other event cars.
With no special requirements besides a big bank account, this car went on sale for 10 million on release and hasn't been back on the market since. Until Nitro Type releases a new event exclusive that isn't a repeat release from previous years, the Track-o'-Lantern still holds its rare prestige.
