The legacy behind the once highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 isn't shaping up to be a good one. Granted, CD Projekt Red has been hard at work at restoring it to a satisfactory state, though that hasn't stopped players from ripping into the game and its poor marketing. As of recent, the disgruntled side of the Cyberpunk 2077 community has been largely focused on its "In Numbers" campaign, producing a number of hilarious memes parodying CDPR's original.
The weeks following the last major Cyberpunk 2077 patch have been mostly filler. It's easy to forget that a while back, CD Projekt Red promised some free minor DLC in the first half of 2021. That time came and went without much of a word, although the Twitter account has still been somewhat active. However, instead of posts about any potential updates or delays, the account has been taking note of different in-game stats, whether it be Street Cred, hours played, or relationship choice. Hashtagged with #CyberpunkInNumbers, the posts feel a little out of place in light of the poor condition Cyberpunk 2077 is still in, prompting the r/cyberpunkgame community to have some fun with them.

As of now, the front page is inundated with memes roasting Cyberpunk 2077's "In Numbers" campaign. Some focus on features widely advertised in the months running up to the release of the game, such as the absolute lack of vehicle customization or the fact that players can't shoot from vehicles. Others focused on removed features like the subway or wall-running with mantis blades.
To be fair, a lot of the posts highlight some truly immersion-breaking bugs, such as teleporting police. The first few began popping up a day prior from a Reddit user by the name of pablo397. The posts mainly serve as a joint effort by a community of Cyberpunk 2077 fans based in Poland. Essentially, it would seem that the group seeks to poke some fun at CD Projekt Red with the hopes that they can incentivize the company to push out updates faster. As such, pablo397 and the company intend to post one infographic a day starting Monday and going until Friday.
There's no telling if the effort will have any effect, although a lot of comments largely shared the same sentiment. In fact, a few had taken to making their own special parodies. Even more, pablo397 has intentions to share his own templates, furthering the spread of the memes. Simply put, the movement is gaining traction, and with the number of shortcomings had in Cyberpunk 2077, it won't be long before CD Projekt Red may feel forced to respond.
Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions scheduled to release in 2021.
