One of the most surprising additions to Genshin Impact's Hangout series was the inclusion of the frequently overlooked character Diona. Like other Genshin Impact hangout events, in Diona's narrative, there is a total of five endings for players to unlock.
Unlocking these endings will reward players will a variety of rewards including Heroes Wit, Talent books, and even Primogems. Additionally, players will also unlock three achievements in the process that will reward players with an additional bonus lot of primogems.

Players should note that when attempting to unlock all five of the endings, there is the option to reload checkpoints made throughout the hangout. This allows players to load into a specific part of the hangout event to make a different dialogue selection that may lead to a different ending.
To unlock the first ending of Diona's hangout, there are a number of dialogue choices that players must select. When asked for the reason the player is visiting the Cats' Tail bar at the start of the hangout, select "I'm here for the kitties....." Shortly after this selection, the player must catch three cats that went missing and are hidden throughout Mondstadt.
To successfully catch the cats, players must select the dialogue options in the following order 1) Use the cat toy 2) I think customers primarily visit your tavern for the cocktails 3)Use the cat food 4) Your specialty drinks attract a lot of attention already 5) Alright I'll leave him to you and 6) "No one would know about these cats if it weren't for your drinks.
To unlock the second ending, players must reload the "To Catch a Kitten" chapter. After rescuing the first cat on the building roof with the cat toy, select "Well, he is really cute after all." After obtaining the second cat with the cat food, select "Maybe you should take a hint from him and do what he does". Finally, during the final cat rescue select "Meow, Meow" as the first dialogue response and "That actually might make more money" as the second response.
To unlock the third ending, when asked for their reason for visiting the Cats Tail bar, players must select "I want to try some new specialty drinks...." Shortly after, the player will be asked what kind of drink they would prefer. During this section, select "I'd like the base to be more unique." Players must then head to Dadaupa Gorge to find some ingredients for Diona.
After speaking with Allan the hunter, players must select the option "I'll defeat all the monsters head-on."After finding Draff, players must then select "Draff said he had just found some, let's ask him" in order to obtain the ending.
To unlock the fourth ending, reload the "Dead-Drunk Draff" checkpoint. The only change required to obtain this ending is after finding Draff, players must select " I can deal with a few monsters. I'll bring some of that herbal soup back." when prompted.
To obtain the fifth and final ending to Diona's hangout event, restart the event and head back to the Cat's Tail bar. When asked why they are at the bar, select "I want to try some new specialty drinks...." To obtain the ending when asked what type of drink the player would prefer, select "I'd like the flavoring to be more unique...." The player will then follow Diona throughout Mondstadt before unlocking the final ending.
