There are three eye door puzzles in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword's Skyview Temple, and this guide will help fans solve them all.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is filled to the brim with puzzles for players to solve, and indeed there are some to be found in Skyview Temple, the game's very first dungeon. More specifically, Skyview Temple contains three puzzles that center around strange moving eyes, and their solutions may initially be a bit confusing. Fortunately, the eye door puzzles in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword are quite easy to solve with a little instruction, which is exactly what can be found in this guide.

To start with the basics of these Legend of Zelda puzzles, they are all completed by making the eyes spin. This is done by moving Link's sword in large clockwise or counter-clockwise circles while standing in front of the eyes, and they will change from blue to red when they have been sufficiently spun. The difference between the three puzzles is that they each feature a different number of eyes, and players will need to find positions where they can interact with all of them simultaneously.

This is a very simple thing to do with the first eye door in Skyward Sword's Skyview Temple, as it only has one eye to spin. Indeed, players just need to stand on the platform that is directly in front of this eye and spin Link's sword in the manner described above to complete the puzzle. This will cause the door below the eye to open, and fans can pass through to enter a room containing some Burs and Deku Babas.

Things get slightly more complicated with the second of these puzzles, due to the fact that it is comprised of two distinct eyes. However, Legend of Zelda fans simply need to give the eyes some distance in order to manipulate them at the same time, and a chest will become accessible when the job at hand is done. This chest contains a Small Key, which players can use to unlock the north door in Skyview Temple's main chamber.

With respect to the third and final eye door puzzle, it has three eyes and is thus the most complicated of the bunch. To solve it, players should climb the grass wall in the room to reach the balcony and then use Skyward Sword's Beetle to drop a hanging a box to the same platform. Fans should now push this box off of the platform, move it in front of the eyes, and stand upon it to get all of their attention and complete the last puzzle.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is available now for Switch.
