Players looking to find the best blades (or otherwise) to wield in battle from the Dragonstar Arena should look no further than this list.

The Dragonstar Arena has been in The Elder Scrolls Online since the game’s release. A 4-man group arena that can make or break a team. Some groups can get it done in an hour and sometimes it can take hours to beat it. With ten different stages with various numbers of rounds in each one, it can be tough to fight through it.

What makes players go through this daunting arena are the weapons that come from it. Groups can spend hours farming Dragonstar Arena to get the right weapons they need. With plenty of weapons that can be obtained, some of them are more useful than others.

6 Puncturing Remedy Set AKA The Master’s Shield And The Master’s Mace, Sword, Dagger, Or Axe

This set heals the player for 6130 health and gain physical and spell resistance equal to the amount healed for five seconds. If it’s the perfected version, it has an added bonus trait that increases healing taken by 3%. It doesn’t sound like a bad set, but its usefulness in PvE and PvP is little to none. Most tanks have to use armor sets that benefit their groups so this set isn’t something they can use. Their sets are meant to help boost the group's health and weapon spell damage.

In PvP, most tanks are usually in the group for support and usually need armor sets that help keep them alive to do so. If the shield and any one-handed weapon are received as a reward, it’s best to deconstruct them for parts.

5 Titanic Cleave Set AKA The Master’s Battle Axe, Maul, Or Greatsword

The two-handed weapons from Dragonstar Arena aren’t quite useless, but it does take some creativity to use them and make them useful. These weapons increase the direct damage that Cleave and its morphs deals to each enemy in its cone. It does 1550 damage for each enemy and has a cap of 9000 damage. The perfected version adds physical penetration which can come in handy.

It doesn’t have much use in PvE, but with some creative thinking, it can be used in PvP. Compared to other arena two-handed weapons, these ones just don’t match up to them. If players are willing to put in the work, this weapon can find little use. If not, it’s best to scrap them.

4 Stinging Slashes Set AKA The Master’s Axe, Mace, Dagger, And/Or Sword

The dual-wield weapons from Dragonstar Arena can be useful in both PvE and PvP. It increases the damage of the dual wield ability Twin Slashes and its morphs by 2102 each tick. The perfected version of it adds 666 weapon critical. While it has limited use in PvE, it can be useful if players are willing to put in the work and find the right build and Champion Point setup.

It can find some usefulness in PvP, but like in PvE, it can some time to find the right setup. These weapons are worth keeping around, especially the sword and dagger.

3 Grand Rejuvenation Set AKA The Master’s Restoration Staff

A must-have for healers of any class and is useful in both PvE and PvP. This staff restores 117 Magicka and stamina for four seconds to any ally healed by Grand Healing and its morphs. As a bonus trait, the perfected version adds 877 Magicka to the player wielding it. The Master’s Restoration Staff has remained one of the most popular weapons for healers since the release of The Elder Scrolls Online.

Healers can use this in PvP and PvE since it restores Magicka and stamina for the party. Keeping the group’s resources up is one of the main jobs of a healer so this staff helps ease that burden.

2 Destructive Impact Set AKA The Master’s Inferno, Ice, Or Lightning Staff

One of the most sought-after staves in the game. This staff reduces the cost of Destructive Touch and its morphs by 10% and deal 600 spell damage for four seconds after casting it. The perfected version adds an additional 103 spell damage to the player. All three staves mostly find use in PvP where they can be used in a variety of builds. Their usefulness in PvE is limited, but some players have found a use for them in certain situations.

The inferno staff is a favorite for most Magicka DPS, especially Nightblade bombers and Magicka Dragonknights. The lightning staff is a favorite for almost every class. The ice staff isn’t as popular as the inferno and lightning staves, but it is useful.

1 Caustic Arrow Set AKA The Master’s Bow

One of the most popular bows, if not the most popular bow, in the game. The Master’s Bow increases the player’s weapon damage by 330 against targets affected by the player’s Poison Arrow and its morphs. The perfected version adds an additional 103 weapon damage. This bow is useful for both PvE and PvP.

Plenty of builds can be found using it, but it is a popular bow for those building a sniper. Players will create a sniper build that revolves around this bow and making it as powerful as possible. With the right build and Champion Point setup, players can take out other players in 1-2 hits.
