As players explore Genshin Impact's brand new island nation, Inazuma, they will encounter a number of puzzles that center around touching the hilts of swords that have been driven into the ground. One such puzzle can be found at Musoujin Gorge, and some fans may be slightly confused about exactly how to solve it. Fortunately, it is not extremely difficult to complete the Musoujin Gorge "touch the sword hilt" puzzle in Genshin Impact, and this guide is here to point players in the right direction.
The first thing that Genshin Impact players should do upon arrival at the Musoujin Gorge puzzle is interact with the Electrogranum plant that is situated slightly south of it. Indeed, fans will need to have an Electrogranum summoned in order to touch the sword hilts, and they may even need to visit the plant multiple times during the solving. If a player does ultimately need to summon a second or third Electrogranum in the middle of the puzzle, they should pickup where they left off rather than start all over again.

With that established, it is now possible to detail specifically how this puzzle in Genshin Impact is solved. Quite simply, players should turn their attention to the Seelie that appears when they approach the swords, noting the path that it follows between hilts. This is path quite important because fans are intended to touch the sword hilts in the order the Seelie did, and the following video should be helpful to those that are having trouble keeping track of the wisp.
After the last sword hilt has been touched, players will find themselves going toe to toe with two samurai. Fans that have been busy completing quests and exploring Genshin Impact's Inazuma nation will be quite familiar with these foes already, and they will gain access to a Luxurious Chest as soon the samurai have been dispatched. Notably, the specifics contents of this cache appear to be quite random, though players should expect to walk away with at least some Hero's Wits and Mora.
One final thing to mention is that the sword hilts scattered across Inazuma are certainly not the only things that can prove somewhat mysterious in Genshin Impact's 2.0 update. Indeed, there are a variety of different types of puzzles that players will need to work through as they continue to clear all of the new content. These puzzles can be found in the environment and in quests, and fans should not be too surprised if they are referencing another guide in the near future.
Genshin Impact is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
