A Red Dead Online player has started to go viral after sharing videos of hunting down and eliminating KKK role players in the game.

The open worlds of Rockstar Games' most popular titles have become a hotbed in recent years for players roleplaying as different people who might live in Los Santos or the Wild West. However, some of these players have taken to the period theme of Red Dead Online and started harassing NPCs and players by masquerading as KKK members in-game.

While this continues to go on, one player has gone viral by making it their mission to hunt down these racist players in Red Dead Online to either kill them outright or let the players they're harassing get away. The player has then been posting their success stories on TikTok as @umbrellaboy, and others have been quick to give positive feedback to the dedication to hunting down these KKK members.

In the most recent one of these TikTok videos in the series titled "Hunting racist players in Red Dead Online Part 16," the player finds a group of players seemingly waiting and listening to what appears to be a leader. The player then uses Red Dead Online's explosive bow weapon in order to blast the group, and then stab the final player while everyone is still surprised by the blast. Given that this is the sixteenth video like this, it would appear that @umbrellaboy has had little trouble in finding KKK role players and induct their demise into a new entry in the series.

These KKK hunts aren't the only series that @umbrellaboy currently has going on TikTok, with videos regularly showing strange things that the player has found, or griefing other role play groups in Red Dead Online. Some of these videos have racked up millions of views, with over 3.6 million likes going to the profile when adding all of the responses from each series together. The result is tons of fans of either Red Dead Online or interesting gaming moments in general all coming to show support for the content found in these videos.

Some observant fans have noticed some suspicious notes about the footage, however, with many attesting that these videos are staged and not a sign of @umbrellaboy actually running into dozens of KKK role players. Most observers specifically call to notice the fact that the role players never seem to fight back and the sheer number of these racist players that are appearing all over the world. However, it might be better for the community and other Red Dead Online role players that there aren't enough of these players in order to fill out these many videos more naturally.

Red Dead Online is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
