Square Enix adds the entire soundtrack for Shadowbringers, the game's third expansion, to a variety of music streaming services.

Square Enix has slowly been adding music from Final Fantasy 14 to various music streaming services, starting with the base game, A Realm Reborn, and then each subsequent expansion. The game's latest expansion, Shadowbringers, was released back in 2019 and delivered yet another fantastic compilation of music. The soundtrack has been absent from those services until now.

It's been a long time coming and fans have been anticipating this moment for a while. The soundtrack for Final Fantasy 14 is now available on several music streaming services, including Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, Line Music, and AWA. Music for the game often dabbles with a variety of styles and genres, with Shadowbringers bringing one of the most experimental soundtracks to date. There are so many great tracks, even those who haven't played the game might enjoy what's on offer.

The game's soundtracks may be enough to convince those who have never played Final Fantasy 14 to give it a try. It's an entry in the series that has garnered a lot of well-deserved praise, but there are some things to know before starting Final Fantasy 14. For one, it's not a single-player experience, it's an MMO. However, that's a major draw, as players will be able to meet other adventurers through their journey who will help them take on interesting and fun bosses that require large groups.

There's also an expansive free trial for Final Fantasy 14 that allows newcomers to test out the title and see if it's for them. Players will be able to level characters all the way up to level 60. Additionally, all of the raids, story, and dungeons from the base game and the first expansion Heavensward will also be available. All of this content also includes jobs like Dark Knight, Astrologian, and Machinist.

Later this year, on November 13, Final Fantasy 14's newest expansion, Endwalker, will release. It will serve as a conclusion to the game's current main story arc. However, the game itself won't be coming to an end and new stories will be added down the line. Square Enix has provided looks at several new locations that will be explorable throughout the expansion, one of which is the moon.

There will also be two new jobs being added with the expansion. First is the Sage job, which a healer that uses aether-imbued weapons called Nouliths. They look like floating swords. Endwalker's second job is a Reaper, which was revealed during the Digital Fan Festival in May. It's a DPS class that uses scythes and specters to fight. Hopefully, the next expansion will deliver another memorable soundtrack and its music will eventually hit music streaming services as well.
