7 Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Communication with team members is key to ensure that players don't end up getting caught in a vulnerable position and are able to tactically engage with enemies.

6 Valorant

  • Playable on: PC

A title like Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six Siege that has its own interesting takes on the genre, Valorant is a hero shooter that serves as an evolution of the genre in the best way possible.

4 Splatoon 2

Of course, it would be impossible to talk about games similar to a title in the Call of Duty series without mention its notable competitor — Battlefield. The fifth game in the series received some flak for jumping on the battle royale train, with this game mode taking quite a while to reach gamers.

However, people who've tried out Battlefied Firestorm will generally agree with the fact that this game mode certainly has some novel and interesting takes on the battle royale genre which keeps things fresh and entertaining. The only drawback is that players might have to wait a bit to play a match due to the relatively smaller playerbase.
