Disney Plus' next Marvel series, 'Hawkeye,' starring Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld has finally released its official trailer.

Marvel's next Disney Plus series, Hawkeye officially has a trailer to excite fans for its November premiere. Hawkeye will follow Marvel's WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and What If...?, which have received a lot of success from its streaming on Disney Plus.

Marvel released the official Hawkeye trailer, beginning with arrow-wielding avenger Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) enjoying the holidays with his family. Following a news report that begins questioning whether Barton's Endgame persona as a masked assassin has returned, he sets off on his own to stop his troubled past from catching up with him. Along the way, he meets Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), a skilled archer who hopes to become a hero much like Barton himself. The trailer follows the pair on a series of action-packed sequences, including elaborate car chases and intricate archery shots.

Following several teasers about the release of the trailer, the Christmas-timed series has also released an official poster. With the Hawkeye trailer lapsed with the infamous "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" Christmas tune, the poster continues to emphasize the holiday season. The image follows Bishop, Barton, and a four-legged friend, Lucky the Pizza Dog, through the decorated streets. The poster is complete with a reminder that "This holiday season the best gifts come with a bow."

While Renner and Steinfeld will play the focal characters, there are several other big names scheduled to appear in the series. Among them are Vera Farmiga and Florence Pugh. Pugh is expected to reprise her role as Yelena Belova from Black Widow while Farmiga plays Steinfeld's mother. Following the post-credits scene where Yelena was given Barton's location, the scenes between the two of them are expected to be tense and emotional. Other cast members include Alaqua Cox as Echo, Zahn McClarnon, Tony Dalton, and Fra Fee.

Since the release of WandaVision, there has been a lot of debate amongst Marvel fans over which Disney Plus series comes out on top. Following the Emmy success WandaVision has had, many fans stick behind the sitcom-inspired series while managing to value what the other series has brought. As the Hawkeye trailer proves, there are plenty of surprises in store as Marvel continues to issue more content on both Disney Plus and in theaters.

Accompanied by the current success of Shang-Chi, Hawkeye will follow the theater release of Eternals, which will debut at the beginning of November. As the other Marvel series have set up Marvel films that follow, it begs the question of how Hawkeye will fit into Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Of course, it could follow the path of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and set up something in its own right. Either way, Hawkeye is a must-see.

Hawkeye will premiere on November 24, 2021, only on Disney Plus.
