Shionne is a rather interesting party member in Tales of Arise, as one of the first things she makes players do is help her find a prettier outfit against her desolate surroundings. As Alphen voices how it seems rather unnecessary, it isn't entirely all bad, as it leads players to the Iglia Wastes which is full of items to help the player out as the game progresses into its second act. The Iglia Wastes is a great place to revisit for some easy-to-get ores from Mining Points of any rarity, which should help craft weapons for characters like Shionne, while the Fagran Ruins adds a few more to that total.
Mining Points are used to get ores and stones that help the player craft and upgrade accessories, the main form of equipment in Tales of Arise as the other methods from the Tales series sit this entry out. Mining Points are random in what ores players get, so revisiting familiar areas with lots of them is great to raise the odds of getting something useful.

The Mining Points of the Iglia Wastes
As players walk through the main path of the Wastes, they should come by a house on the right, and a tree with ingredients for Tales of Arise's recipes beneath it on the left. If they turn at the tree and head further left, a hidden path should be visible. Armadillo zeugles wait to greet the player, but a Mining Point is just beyond it.
Closer to the Ruins that Tales of Zestiria fans should be used to exploring should be a rock that looks like a Golem enemy, but isn't. To the west of that rock should be some wolf zeugles, and fans should see the sparkles of the next Mining Point from behind them.
Between the pillars of the Ruins should be a fishing spot. If players turn the camera around as they stand on the end of it, behind them should be a side-path. As fans walk up to that side path, there should be yet another opportunity to get ore hiding out just against the left-hand side where it couldn't be seen prior.
Fagan Ruins Mining Points
With those ores found, and marked on the map fans will use the entire game, they can move ahead to the Renan Ruins to finally get Shionne the clothes she desires for more ore. There are three in the ruins, so since it's a quick grab after visiting the Wastes, players who want to stop by for some extra bonuses without too much effort should take advantage.
While the Ruins have some tricky navigation in its tight space, the first Mining Point is relatively easy. When players go into the storage block, head into the upper right path, and the ore is theirs for the taking as long as they dodge or defeat the armadillo enemy waiting.
The second is a nice reward for figuring out the storage block, as when gamers reach the third floor, they can leave the hallway behind to see a walkway blocked by debris, with a Mining Point sitting right at the start. And if players keep going, they'll find the open space that will let them fall to the wreckage below, which not only has another Mining Point, but also has some treasure that's theirs for the keeping.
Tales of Arise rewards curious players with all sorts of goodies if they know where to look. As fans leave Calaglia for Cydlodia, however, the navigation gets trickier, and the rewards get to be a bit harder to find. Even still, that just makes the treasures all the sweeter.
