Destiny 2 is known for the mysterious ways in which its RNG works, and with it being a looter shooter, it matters in terms of which guns and armor pieces players should keep, and which to scrap. Because some drops are random, and the loot pool for Destiny 2 is quite big, players getting exactly what they want is a rare occurrence.
With Season of the Lost, the loot pool became even bigger, as it does every time a new Season drops. There are new and reprised weapons, armor sets, and even Exotics. However, Destiny 2's famous alien, Xur, is now selling Legendary weapons and armor sets as well as the usual Exotic class-specific items and Exotic Engrams, which helps a lot.

This week, alongside a lot of god rolls for weapons, which players can grab for 50 Legendary Shards and 1,000 Glimmer, Xur is also selling some great rolls for Exotic and Legendary armor pieces. Players can grab a well-balanced pair of Geomag Stabilizers rolled with a total stat value of 67, and then there is another 67 stat Exotic for the Titans, in the form of a One-Eyed Mask with spikes in Mobility and Strength. There are also great Legendary armor pieces to grab for Titans and Hunters, especially, with a focus on the Hunters' gauntlets and leg armor, and the Titans' leg and chest armor.
The weapons are where Xur's inventory shines this week, as Destiny 2 players can grab three god rolls from a selection of seven weapons, which is incredibly good. The guns to look for are Dire Promise and Main Ingredient for PVP, and Bottom Dollar for PVE. Bottom Dollar is a Gambit weapon that rolls with a whopping total of 12 possible perks on each column, making this Outlaw/Dragonfly roll a great weapon to pick up for all sorts of PVE content outside of Grandmaster Nightfalls.
Dire Promise is one of the best hand cannons in the game, and Xur's one comes with High-Caliber Rounds, Snapshots Sights, Rangefinder, and a Stability Masterwork. This makes it an incredible pick for the reworked Trials of Osiris, wreaking havoc on those Guardians relying on Unflinching mods in the Crucible. Then, another god roll is that of Main Ingredient, an Arc fusion rifle coming with Tap the Trigger and Under Pressure, maxing its Stability and making it a tool of destruction in Trials as well. Overall, lots of god rolls in Xur's inventory this weekend, which Destiny 2 players should make sure to check out as soon as possible.
Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
