Since the launch of the first Xbox console, Halo has played an integral part in Xbox's continued presence within the gaming community. With a cacophony of games launched exclusively across every Xbox console iteration, Halo is one of Microsoft's most important gaming properties. Now, one fan has found a way to celebrate both Halo and Xbox in a newly constructed controller design.
There have been numerous custom Xbox Series X controllers revealed so far, all of which have been produced by either Microsoft or an existing development studio. That said, there are also a lot of custom controller designs made by members of the gaming community that are incredibly impressive in their own right. The most recent of which being a unique, Halo themed Xbox Series X controller.

A Reddit user named GriftyGamerGuy showed off a custom Xbox Series X controller featuring a depiction of the Master Chief near the center. The outer parts of the controller are made to look like the Chief's classic green armor. The work itself looks very professional and aesthetically pleasing. The artistic rendition of the Master Chief in particular really stands out.
It also seems that GriftyGamerGuy has a number of other custom controllers made as well. A quick scroll through the user's Reddit page will find a large variance of custom Xbox Series X controllers. From Fortnite to A Nightmare Before Christmas, there are an impressive array of custom controllers that the user has diligently created.
This isn't the first fan-made Xbox Series X controller themed after Halo. Back in August, a user fan modeled an Xbox Series X controller after the Needler, one of the most iconic weapons in the Halo series. It's amazing to see just how much ingenuity the gaming community possesses, given the right circumstances. That custom controllers like these are made by regular people and not through professional channels.
Though, as the months go on, many are curious to see what will ultimately become of Halo Infinite. With an official release date confirmed for December of this year, players will finally be able to experience all that Halo Infinite has to offer. It will be hard to know just how much 343 Industries has kept true to the original franchise, while also bringing new elements to the table, until the game properly releases. With any luck, Halo Infinite will be able to live up to the expectation of Halo fans worldwide.
