Like the original, Alan Wake Remastered has a lot of achievements for players to work toward. PlayStation owners can also play the story-driven horror title for the first time, and some will want to try for a Platinum trophy.
The 'Boob Tube' Trophy/Achievement is actually one of the easier ones to get while playing through all the Episodes in Alan Wake Remastered. However, it is also very easy to miss, as the specific TV players need to find is placed in an important story moment.

How to Get the Boob Tube Trophy/Achievement in Alan Wake Remastered
Players must wait until Episode 4 of Alan Wake Remastered to get the 'Boob Tube' Trophy/Achievement. The description doesn't give much away, telling players to 'see what's on TV'. There are a few TVs in Episode 4, but the correct one can be found while Alan is escaping Dr. Hartman's clinic.
Before this happens, though, players may want to find another TV on the same floor as Alan's room. Finding all 14 of them during the game will unlock the 'Couch Potato' Trophy/Achievement. There are also some Collectible Alan Wake Remastered Coffee Thermoses to find before the storm hits the clinic, and a new QR code location, just behind the TV.
While escaping, before heading down the stairs toward Tor and Odin, make sure to pick up the Collectible Alan Wake Remastered Manuscript Page located beside the staircase, just to the left. It's one of the easier collectibles to miss if players are rushing through the story.
Correct TV Location for Boob Tube Trophy/Achievement in Alan Wake Remastered
During Episode 4 of Alan Wake Remastered, players should wait until they are ordered back to their room by Dr. Hartman to get the 'Boob Tube' Trophy/Achievement. Keep following the story to eventually free Barry from Dr. Hartman's office. Then, use the generator up the stairs to clear the path to the door Alan needs to make his escape to.
Head into this room, but don't go any further. The correct TV to unlock the achievement is between the two windows on the left of the room. It can be easily missed because of how dark the room is. Click the button to turn on the TV, and players will be treated to another weird episode of Night Springs, and pop the Trophy/Achievement.
The loud music can make it a little hard to hear the episode, but players can turn the game music down from the options in the main menu. Night Springs is just one of the connections between Alan Wake Remastered and Control that can be found in the game.
Alan Wake Remastered is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
