Genshin Impact 2.2 introduced many new hidden quests for players to explore. In one of the hidden quests, players will travel all around Tsurumi Island to meet Kito and Kina. The two kids can be seen in the Ceremonial Site of the island in the Through the Mists questline. They are a boy and a girl who desired to be adventurers once they grow up. This might explain why their quest requires players to find them in different spots across Tsurumi Island.
