Collecting exotic gear and weapons is one of the best parts of Destiny 2, and there is little else as satisfying as getting a new weapon that shreds through enemies during a dungeon run. For many of the game's exotics, players have to hope they get lucky with random drop rates in certain activities or against particular enemies, but there are also many exotic guns in Destiny 2 that players can earn by completing interesting quests.
