Majesco Entertainment and Terminal Reality released the original BloodRayne in 2002 to a generally positive reception. However, the third-person action-horror franchise was effectively dead as of 2011. Appropriately for a game about vampires, however, new publisher Ziggurat Interactive is trying to bring BloodRayne back from the dead.
