After Shin Megami Tensei 5 players take out the deadly boss that is Hydra at the Tokyo Tower, the following location where players need to go is the Diet Building. When players finally reach the entrance to the area where the Diet Building is located, there will be two angels guarding the way. A Shin Megami Tensei 5 quest called "The Angels' Request" will commence once players speak to them.
