While not the most successful ever, Destiny 2's Season of the Lost came with two important changes that made gameplay feel different. The first big departure from the standard Destiny 2 experience is that the ammo economy was drastically altered by giving primary weapons infinite ammo, removing primary ammo bricks from the world. Infinite ammo is useful in both PvE and PvP, and even makes some weapons better.
