It’s hard to forget the acutely self-aware Outer Worlds 2 trailer that released in 2022, even if it’s the only thing fans saw all year. At its reveal, it was confirmed to be in early development (though later reports would suggest The Outer Worlds 2 has been in development since 2019), and it was revealed that it would feature a new star system and crew. It’s time to say goodbye to the Halcyon company.
