Nvidia pretty much holds the cards when it comes to ray tracing in video games. While the technology has existed for many years, it's through the release of the company's RTX graphics cards, such as the recently-announced RTX 3090 Ti, that seems to really be the key to unlocking this visual potential, at least in gaming. As can be imagined, games, especially AAA releases, are interested in this graphical industry standard. While many titles do support it already, not all games do. Luckily, the company has said that RTX will be spreading itself out even more.
