The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, chip shortages, scalpers, and bots buying up all the stock have combined to make it incredibly difficult for consumers to get a PS5. Major retailer restocks are one of the only ways that gamers can get a PS5 at a fair price, and now it seems that Target will be the next store to have consoles available.
