Horizon Zero Dawn did well in encouraging players to explore the world. Players who travel far and wide can collect everything from regional armor sets for Aloy to Vantage Points, with recordings from the days of the distant apocalypse. Between fast travel and a wide array of mountable machines, Aloy also has no shortage of ways to expedite her journeys. Now, Horizon Forbidden West promises uncharted territory and a new roster of machines that Aloy can ride. In other words, all signs indicate that Horizon Forbidden West players will have just as much reason to mount up and hit the road as they did in Horizon Zero Dawn.
