Many live service games have begun charging players for Battle Passes, packages containing a selection of in-game rewards for a given title that must still be unlocked through gameplay. Genshin Impact is no exception, featuring two paid Battle Passes as well as a recurring in-game Battle Pass event. One might think that the paid Battle Passes would be superior, but it appears that Genshin Impact fans who bought their Battle Pass on PlayStation will have an extra obstacle in their path: the removal of cross-save support for the Battle Pass in Update 2.4.
