When Phasmophobia dropped on Steam in September 2020, it very quickly became a horror phenomenon, especially among the streaming community who couldn't get enough of its ghost hunting shenanigans and co-operative gameplay mechanics. Kinetic Games is often keen to make sure its lucrative title keeps ticking over nicely, with December's Cursed Possessions update being the last major patch.
