Borderlands 3 introduced several new characters, some of which were received far better than others. While Lorelei’s unnatural obsession with coffee led to her being annoying in the eyes of many players, Katagawa Jr. was an entertaining adversary in the Promethea portion of the game. Though Ava is one of the most unpopular characters in the series, Wainwright Jakobs was a welcome addition to the cast. Lastly, even though the Calypso Twins were weaker villains than Handsome Jack, their father was terrific.
