Capturing Elite enemies in Rainbow Six Extraction is required to complete main objectives on all maps. These missions cycle through in a random order, however, so getting this objective is not guaranteed. It can also be a lot harder than just killing Elites, as the task involves some prep work before starting the capture, in order to have the best chance of success.
