Lost Ark was released to western audiences in North America and Europe on February 11th, and while the there was a lot of excitement leading up to the launch, the servers for the European region could not handle the amount of people wanting to play the game. Due to the unbearably long queue times for Lost Ark, Amazon was forced to issue an apology and to provide the players with suitable compensation.
