A fan-favorite map from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is confirmed to be coming to Call of Duty Mobile in the very next season.

The next season of Call of Duty: Mobile is right around the corner. Each new season comes with a bevy of new content. It was rumored that a popular Call of Duty: Modern Warfare map may have been coming to Call of Duty Mobile; now it's confirmed.

The Call of Duty experience has gone through quite the overhaul as of late. While fans may have been used to a new game every year for quite some time, and a total refresh with each new title, the games are now integrating and sharing in a much more direct way than ever before. For example, Call of Duty: Warzone progress is shared between Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. In this case, one of the fan-favorite maps in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will soon be in Call of Duty Mobile: Shoot House.

Shoot House is a small and close-quarters map that focuses on sightlines, holding down important areas, and understanding spawns. The map was often used as a playlist in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, one that many players enjoyed using to level up weapons thanks to the high-intensity gunfights. It should be a good addition to Call of Duty: Mobile.

As far as other maps in the Call of Duty Mobile world, the classic Nuketown map in Call of Duty will eventually replace the Russian Nuketown variant as well. The developers like to continually mix up the experience to keep it fresh for gamers, which even includes remixing the maps themselves. As seasons continue, there is little doubt that the development team behind Call of Duty Mobile will continue to use the previous Call of Duty game for map additions.

The Call of Duty train continues to roll on, as the COD franchise made over $3 billion in revenue over a 12 month period thanks to Call of Duty Mobile, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Call of Duty: Warzone. The mobile platform is one that presents perhaps the strongest opportunity for revenue in that it is in the hands of so many. While a home console is very popular, a mobile device is used by nearly everyone and the opportunity to play a free-to-play Call of Duty is just a click and a download away. Additionally, pulling from the nostalgia of the previous Call of Duty games via Call of Duty Mobile is a great way to find success.

Call of Duty: Mobile is available on iOS and Android devices.
