Since the disaster that was Cyberpunk 2077's launch in December 2020, the otherwise stellar reputation of its developer has taken quite a hit, but business is continuing as usual. With a new The Witcher game having been announced recently and CD Projekt Red making the move to Unreal Engine 5, fans of the series are excited about what's to come, even if many of them are on tenterhooks these days. However, while pretty much everyone is referring to the next installment as The Witcher 4, it turns out that that's actually a bit of a misnomer.
