Nintendo found tremendous success with the original Wii Sports. A pack-in title for the innovative Wii console, Wii Sports did a great job of showcasing the capabilities of motion controls while simultaneously knocking down barriers to make gaming more appealing to those who normally wouldn't play games. Wii Sports became a cultural phenomenon and spawned a franchise of its own, with the latest installment soon to released for Switch in the form of Nintendo Switch Sports.
