Japanese game development and publishing company Atlus has just announced that one of its latest releases, Shin Megami Tensei 5, has hit a very significant sales milestone. Though not as popular as the Persona series, SMT does have its own dedicated fanbase, which has likely grown since the official launch of Shin Megami Tensei 5 last November 2021. Now, SMT 5 has surpassed over one million copies sold around the world, both in digital and physical sales, only five months after its official release date.
