Final Fantasy 14 launched the first lottery round of Ishgard housing last week. The lottery system in Final Fantasy 14 was supposed to be a fair chance for Free Companies and individual players to bid on a plot of their choice in the new housing district against other bidders. Unfortunately, its launch – cautiously anticipated by old and new players alike – was undermined by a major bug that left many who submitted their bids wrongfully homeless.
