Wordle is the viral word puzzle game original by programmer Josh Wardle. This social media gem has had quite a bit of popularity, in spite of losing some Wordle fans when it was bought by the New York Times. In spite of its massive popularity back in early 2022, however, some word fans have yet to play, and they may need a hint or a rundown of the rules before getting started.
