While Call of Duty: Warzone continues to be massively popular since it launched for free nearly a year ago, its had no shortage of issues and problems. The main cause of concern lately has been the continued presence of cheaters and hackers on the PC side of the game. While Raven Software has taken steps recently to curb the behavior, it continues to be a massive headache for legitimate Call of Duty players.
However, the other major problem players have been running into is a seemingly endless stream of bugs and glitches. Even as the game mode continues to receive new updates and content, bugs continue to sneak into the experience, with some like the frustrating infinite Stim Glitch returning every now and again to impact Call of Duty: Warzone matches. Unfortunately, it looks like a new game breaking bug has surfaced once again related to the process of reviving players.

The latest glitch report once again comes from the Call of Duty: Warzone subReddit, where user thediegotuber posts a short video showing off the unexpected behavior. In the footage, the user attempts to revive a teammate who is then shot and killed by a nearby enemy player during the animation. Feeling the heat, thediegotuber runs to take cover, though they quickly realize that something is very wrong.
After the failed revival attempt, the character seemingly loses all of his gear including weapons. With the last thing that they used being the stim, it's all they're left with and making them a very easy target for the enemy team closing in on their position. The video sparked a big discussion, with many other players indicating that they've seen or experience this latest bug. While most reported losing access to their weapons, one use indicated they were able to get around the issue by attempting to switch weapons rapidly back and forth.
Unfortunately for Call of Duty: Warzone players, this isn't the first issue players have had with revivals. Even before the modes integration with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Warzone players frequently found new issues when attempting to revive teammates or even using a self-revive item. Last year, there was a period of time where players were unable to self-revive as the game would completely fail to give downed players the option entirely. More recently on the newer Rebirth Island map, players even ran into an issue giving eliminated players unlimited revives, effectively breaking the core concept of a Battle Royale mode.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
