Nintendo struck gold with its Super Smash Bros. fighting game series. The concept sees popular video game characters from a variety of franchises duking it out in stages themed after their games and has become extremely popular since the original released for the Nintendo 64. Other companies have followed in Super Smash Bros.' footsteps, like with the Nickelodeon-themed fighter Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl and the smaller-scale Brawlhalla from Ubisoft. Now Warner Bros. is throwing its hat in the ring with MultiVersus, a crossover fighting game that features characters from various WB properties.
