The Xbox 360 was incredibly popular during its generation and is regarded by many as their favorite Microsoft console. The original Xbox saw modest success for the company, but was out-sold massively by the industry titan, the PlayStation 2. The Xbox 360, however, manged to even the playing field with its main console rival the PlayStation 3, although both of these consoles would be out sold by the Nintendo Wii.
