Few games get a resurgence nearly a decade after their release. Super Mario World was a legendary game for the SNES, but it was definitely in the past tense in 2001. Yet Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, a PS3/360/PC game from 2013, has never really gone away. Just when people think it’s finally put to rest, it’ll suddenly get a burst of new players. Why is that?
