While Valve's game output isn't as big as it was in the mid-2000s, the developer has plenty of IPs that are still beloved to this day. This includes the seminal first-person puzzle game Portal, where players face several tests from Aperture Science's deadly computer villain GLaDOS and enjoy some witty writing and black comedy that tie the whole thing together. Interest in the franchise has been maintained through a variety of mods and fan made creations, such as a demake of Portal for the N64, or in the case of one fan, a remake built within Unreal Engine.
