After a few delays, Square Enix's Forspoken will finally come out soon. Serving as a spiritual sequel to Final Fantasy 15, this title should be the first real showcase of its developer Luminous Productions and the Luminous Engine. Even with successful RPGs like Kingdom Hearts in hand, Square Enix is betting big on Forspoken, as the new IP stands to compete with contemporary AAA open-world titles like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
