After spending two years in development, the long-awaited Avatar Refresh update for RuneScape 3 is shelved, leaving players disappointed.

After two years in development, Jagex has announced that the long-awaited RuneScape 3 Avatar Refresh update has been shelved. Development of RuneScape 3 otherwise continues as normal, with the new Necromancy skill currently planned for release in 2023.
