Vinland Saga has finally begun its second cour, and there are many things to look forward to. In the last episode of the first cour, Olmar tried to go through the passage of becoming a man. He was engaged in a duel against Brodd, one of Canute's soldiers, and was easily beaten, as expected. However, Thorgil spurred on Olmar, and the latter tried his luck again. As Olmar charged toward his opponent, a man in a hooded cape threw a coin at the soldier's eye, causing Brodd to lose focus and giving Olmar an open run at him.
