A new voice line discovered in the World of Warcraft Public Test Realm ostensibly confirms the return of a certain NPC from the Legion expansion in Patch 10.1. Though this character had a relatively small role back then, it seems he might have a major one when he returns to World of Warcraft in Dragonflight.
