The Sims 4 introduced the new infant life stage along with a related DLC, Growing Together, in March 2023. Serving as a long-awaited improvement for babies, the infant life stage brings more gameplay for Simmers that enjoy family and legacy gameplay, and the milestones that infants achieve through Growing Together can make raising them feel more rewarding.
