Yuuki Mishima is the first non-Phantom Thief to discover the group's identities, and while he never officially joins the team he quickly makes himself essential by creating and running the online Phan Site. Joker keeps Mishima at arm's length throughout the rest of Persona 5 Royal, but there's no denying how important the Phan Site and Mishima's investigations are to Phantom Thief operations.
