The Magic Legends open beta has been running for a few months on PC at this point and players who are invested in the ARPG experience have had the opportunity to work through tons of content and get a feel for the current state of the game's grind. There has been plenty of feedback provided and the devs seem to be continuing to keep their ears to the ground and adjusting the experience to keep players hooked and engaged even at the higher levels.
In the latest update to Magic Legends a pretty big series of changes were implemented to alter the way the current endgame grind plays out. The shift in approach saw the removal of weekly caps and the additional of new weekly bonus opportunities for players to take advantage of at the higher difficulty levels. This is the latest in a series of updates to the game as the dev's continue tweaking the experience before a full release and console availability.

Players who haven't been following along with the latest patch notes will be in for a surprise, but luckily the changes are pretty positive and seem to be well-received so far on social media and the game's forums. There's obviously a bit of an adjustment, but this should give players some new goals to chase down on a weekly basis as they try to unlock their bonuses and get the most bang out of their Expert and Master sessions...
Eternal Echoes no longer have a weekly cap for Expert and Master difficulties. They now have a weekly earn bonus of 500 on Expert, and 250 on Master. Once the bonus is maxed, Eternal Echoes can still be earned at reduced rates from those difficulty modes.
Chromatic Mana no longer has a weekly cap for Expert and Master difficulties. It now has a weekly earn bonus of 1000 on Expert, and 500 on Master. Once the bonus is maxed, Chromatic Mana can still be earned at reduced rates from those difficulty modes.
Planar Mana no longer has a weekly cap. It now has a weekly earn bonus of 15,000. Once the earn bonus is maxed, Planar Mana can still be earned at reduced rates. Planar Mana Wisps and Region Reputation are not modified by the bonus, and have not had their rates changed.
That should be everything players need to know to get familiar with the end weekly bonus system and the removal of the old weekly caps. It should be interesting to continue monitoring fan feedback throughout the rest of June and see if additional tweaks are made to the system. Be sure to check back soon for more Magic Legends updates, guides, and news.
Magic Legends is available now as an open beta on PC, and releases fully in 2021 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
