Week 41 of Marvel's Avengers is here and players can take part in these missions and challenges to earn some item rewards and XP this week.

Another weekly update has arrived in Marvel's Avengers without a word of mention about the Cosmic Cube activities. That limited event is mapped out for sometime in June on the game's roadmap, so it seems like news about what to expect should be arriving any day now. Instead of news about the event, the weekly update highlighted the regular content rotation for this week's challenges.

The week 41 rotation brings a very familiar lineup of priority missions and challenges to Marvel's Avengers and it will likely be the focus of play for many players since there are no ongoing event acitivities live at the moment. While the community continues to wait for the Cosmic Cube event, players can concentrate on racking up some extra XP with this week's challenges to continue climbing the ranks through the Champion System and unlocking those additional perks and bonuses.

The rotation for the second full week of June brings a chance to complete the usual amount of low or high level challenges to claim some guaranteed item and XP rewards. The gear and XP rewards should still be enough motivation for the average player to clear out the weekly tasks in the coming days as long as they are logging in anyway.

Veretan players may already be familiar with all of the different modifiers that the game rotates through by this point and have hopefully figured out how to adjust their strategy to successfully power through the weekly grind without any real problems.

As always, this week's rotation is comprised of content that players should be used to at this point and the rotating challenges deliver some fresh motivation to revisit existing missions thanks to guaranteed rewards. The missions that are up for grabs this week offer some unique challenges and require a bit of strategy thanks to special modifiers that players will have to adjust to. "The Mega Hive is a single-player chain of eight missions that tests your team’s might. Each week you’ll have a shot at completing the Mega Hive mission chain. When you defeat all eight missions, the Mega Hive mission chain is removed from the War Table until the next weekly refresh, when you can run it again with new modifiers."

Weekly Rewards: As you progress through the Mega Hive, rewards start as basic gear, resources, and small amounts of cosmetic currency. The more missions you survive, the more resource drops increase. As you near the final mission, you’ll see better gear and artifacts awarded more often, as well as increased chances for patterns/nameplates. When you complete all eight Mega Hive missions you’ll be rewarded with exclusive goodies reserved for this gauntlet, including a significant amount of high-quality resources.

Resurgence

Famine

Oasis

Scourge

That should be just about everything players need to know to prepare for the current week's challenges. The next big event arriving in the game will focus on the Cosmic Cube Villain Sector, so expect details about that challenge to be arriving in the coming days.
